MISSION

To contribute towards the achievement of the university's mission in entrepreneurial development and graduate marketability through innovative and dynamic entrepreneurial collaborations and industry networks. 

THE ROLE OF CEM IN ACHIEVING UPM'S VISION & MISSION

As a continuation of UPM's Strategic Plan 2014-2020, UPM maintains its vision statement in the UPM Strategic Plan 2021-2025, which is to "Become a Globally Recognized University." This vision remains relevant and significant in light of the university's developments and direction, especially within UPM's framework for enhancing excellence in higher education at the international level. UPM's commitment to becoming a globally recognized university will be driven by the mission statement, which is "To make a meaningful contribution to the creation of prosperity, nation-building, and global human well-being through the exploration and dissemination of knowledge." To achieve the outlined Vision and Mission, UPM will give serious attention to several initiatives based on the Principles of Direction in the Narrative as follows:

• Identifying graduate employability rates;
