This effort indirectly enhances the quality of human capital, attributes, and high entrepreneurial values, thereby contributing to the employability of UPM graduates.

UPM also needs to produce human capital with agricultural entrepreneurship attributes based on technology. Modern agricultural entrepreneurs with technological agricultural knowledge can prove that agriculture is a business that guarantees significant returns. These graduates can contribute to improving the country's food security, position themselves as job creators rather than job seekers, and make UPM a model of successful agriculture that generates income. Every innovation and agricultural technology resulting from research will be applied in UPM's agricultural activities to demonstrate the success of innovation and technology in increasing the quantity and quality of agricultural production.
