KUALA LUMPUR, March 2 4 – Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) has invited Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) to jointly implement the first Executive Junior Halal Programme in Malaysia. This program aims to train as many UPM graduates as possible to obtain halal certification.
According to the Director of CEM, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mass Hareeza Ali, the executive halal junior program is a structured program that students or graduates should seize the opportunities available with good benefits.
"For the beginning, as many as 20 participants will be trained to become alumni of the Junior Halal Executives program and hope that this program will be able to attract more participants as well as be an added value to themselves," he said.
He added that today's world of many parties, especially companies that produce food and cosmetic products, require those with halal certification to work with them and with this certification can improve the marketability of graduates after graduation.
The Executive Halal Junior Program is a halal certification program given to graduates after attending the program as an added value to graduates before entering the world of work.
