Sime Darby Indusrial Sdn Bhd will be recruiting degree graduates for Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia (SL1M) programme. There will be 2 intakes which in July, effective 16 July 2018 (Batch 2) and in September, effective 17 September 2018 (Batch 3). It is an 8 months training program whichthe trainees will have to undergo 2 weeks classroom training to sharpen their soft skills and 30 weeks of On-The-Job training for working experience.

The objectives of the program are;

1. To help bridge the gap between education and the professional world and provide an opportunity for graduates to work alongside specialists in specific field
2. To provide unemployed graduates with training opportunities at Sime Darby Industrial with a view to permanent employment
3. To equip graduates with commercially useful skills and expose them to experiences that will enhance their employability outside Sime Darby Industrial

In conjunction to the program, Sime Darby Industrial will be conducting a walk-in interview in order to find suitable candidates for the said program. Details of the interview are as follows;
